Some of you reading this have known me personally, while others are meeting me for the first time here. For those of you just getting to know me, there’s one thing you should understand right away — I believe in being transparent when it comes to getting healthy.


There are so many fitness influencers who only show the highlight reel — the perfect lighting, the filtered smiles, the endless motivation. But what they don’t often share are the hard days — the days when you’re tired, stretched thin, or just don’t feel like doing one more thing.

I’m not here to pretend those days don’t exist. We’re all on a journey to get healthy for different reasons, and it’s never a straight line.


Here’s the truth — some days, I don’t want to work out. I’m tired, the day’s been long, and my motivation is somewhere on a private island sipping something fruity. But that’s exactly where the 10-Minute Rule comes in.

I tell myself, “Come on Natasha, just give it ten minutes.” Ten minutes to move, breathe, and show up for myself.

And you know what? Those ten minutes almost always turn into more. Not because I have to, but because once I start, I remember how good it feels to keep a promise to myself.
